Inside Sales:

• Correspond with all Broudy customers on a daily basis via phone & email
• Provide quick and accurate solutions to quoting, ordering, tracking, and information needs
• Help outside sales staff to grow existing and locate new customers

Outside sales:

• Develop relationships with new and existing customers to help them grow
• Conduct and facilitate training for customers 
• Consult with engineers and end users 
• Help with marketing efforts 

Technical Support/ Engineer:

• Provide on-demand technical support and troubleshooting via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
• Plan and conduct technical training sessions in person, via webinars, and through short instructional videos.
• Test and evaluate new products to ensure quality and compatibility.
• Support the sales team by offering technical insights and expertise.

Warehouse:

• Fulfil orders from stock and package/ship via UPS
• Receive in orders, verify items, and put into stock
• Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse 

NetSuite Administrator:

• Develop Cross-Departmental Solutions
• System Administration Management
• SuiteCommerce & Web Store Oversight
• Reporting & Analytics
• Training & Documentation
• Data & Integration Management
