In an effort to make product returns as seamless as possible, Broudy Precision has instituted the following return policy. The policy applies to all customers and all purchases, unless specifically noted on your order.

1. Special order items (such as custom dampers, custom control panels, etc) are non-returnable.
2. New and unused items being returned for credit must be accompanied by a completed Product Returns Form.
3. Items being returned for warranty credit or replacement must be accompanied by a completed Warranty Return Form.
4. Items being returned as “new and unused” must be received in their complete original product packaging and may not have writing of any kind on the packaging. No credit will be issued for any item returned with writing on the packaging.
5. All returns are subject to a re-stocking charge of up to 25% (does not apply to warranty returns).
6. Non-stock items that are accepted for return will not be credited until approved by the original vendor and are subject to a re-stocking charge based on the original vendor’s policies.
7. Credit for product returns does not include credit for freight charges.
