In an effort to make product returns as seamless as possible,
Broudy Precision has instituted the following return policy. The
policy applies to all customers and all purchases, unless specifically
noted on your order.
- Special order items (such as custom dampers,
custom control panels, etc) are non-returnable.
- ALL RETURNS MUST BE INITIATED WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM PURCHASE DATE.
- Warranty returns must be initiated within warranty period.
- ALL RETURNS REQUIRE ADVANCE NOTICE AND AN RGA FROM BROUDY PRECISION. RETURNS WITHOUT AN RGA WILL BE REFUSED AND CREDIT DENIED.
- New and unused
items being returned for credit must be accompanied by a completed Product Returns Form.
- Items being returned for warranty
credit or replacement must be accompanied by a completed Warranty
Return Form.
- Items being returned as “new and unused” must
be received in their complete original product packaging and
may not have writing of any kind on the packaging. No credit
will be issued for any item returned with writing on the packaging. Items that are not in re-sellable condition (damaged packaging, missing parts, missing packing material, missing instructions, etc.) will be refused and credit denied.
- All
returns are subject to a re-stocking charge.
- Non-stock items that are accepted
for return will not be credited until approved by the original
vendor and are subject to a re-stocking charge based on the original
vendor’s policies.
- Credit for product returns does not include
credit for freight charges, original expedite fees, or any other charges. Credit is based on product cost at time of purchase.
