We regret that due to new security restrictions on our system,   Windows FTP is not compatible  and will not allow access to the new server.  You will need other FTP software as well as new login information in order to access the server.  Below is a link to suggested (free) FTP software that will allow easy set up and access.  Of course mostly any independent FTP software will work.
